Dear Resident,
Thank you for supporting the Glencoe Park District. It is a pleasure serving you and your family’s leisure and recreation needs. The Glencoe Park District was organized in 1912. It is one of the oldest in Illinois with a long history of providing high quality park and recreation experiences. The district’s numerous playgrounds, ball fields, tennis and basketball courts and beautiful parks as well as the Beach, Watts Ice Center and Takiff Center provide enjoyable year round activities for all ages.
In order to plan for the future, we are interested in knowing what recreational services your household utilizes. These services include park usage and facility usage and recreational programs. We are also interested in your opinions, related to new programs and amenities, in order to meet your current and future leisure and recreational needs.
Your willingness to complete the following survey will assist in planning future programs and facilities. The entire survey should take less than ten minutes to complete. The feedback received will help us understand ways in which we can better serve you.
Please join us on Wednesday July 28th at 7 pm at the Takiff Center for our Second Town Hall Meeting where we will share the preliminary survey findings and gather additional input. Furthermore, if you wish to volunteer to attend our upcoming Special Interest Groups Meeting on the evening of July 27, 2010, please contact me to be included.
